We're a fast-growing financial planning and wealth management firm located in Savannah, GA. We are currently seeking a candidate experienced in client service and operations to join the team. This is a great professional opportunity for someone looking to make a change and wishing to join a family-first focused, dynamic, successful, professional, and values-driven team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor workflows to ensure seamless and accurate completion of team tasks/service responsibilities.
  • Assist leadership with assessment, improvement, and design of efficient systems and process improvement
  • Coordinate internal team meetings & prepare team meeting agendas
  • Maintain and management lead advisor calendars/schedules to ensure seamless client meeting experience
  • Process incoming insurance product-related requests from clients: policy summaries, product, and account information (statements/tax documents), and account activity clarifications
  • Communicate with clients to complete insurance and investment-related paperwork
  • Oversee the underwriting and account opening process for all applications
  • Review client-submitted paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Arrange medical, paramedical and any other exams necessary for underwriting
  • Contact and advise clients regarding late payments, policy loans and other service-related issues
  • Monitor account funding status; expedite any additional transfer requirements
  • Communicate with home office, as needed, to supply or obtain information
  • Answers phones and directs calls as appropriate
  • Generate and review paperwork to be sent to clients including beneficiary/ownership changes and benefit changes

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in general
  • Desire for additional licensing - Life Accident & Health/ Series 6 & 63
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience

Compensation:Base salary plus bonus opportunity as well as a complete benefits package (negotiable based on experience)
