Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing all those duties associated with providing excellent customer service to sales representatives, customers, and internal staff. Such duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Order entry
  • Invoicing
  • Reporting
  • Communicating via phone and email
  • Making Return Labels
  • Investigating missing items in warehouse
  • Counting inventory in warehouse

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • The ability to perform 5000-6000+ key strokes per hour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • The ability to multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to communicate professionally with management, customers and co-workers in both written and verbal form
  • This position requires a person who is dependable (i.e. reports to work daily barring any unforeseen circumstances.)
  • Understand and maintain compliance with all applicable agency and governmental policies, rules, procedures, and laws
  • This role is onsite only

Additional Information

This role is onsite and the hours are Monday- Friday, 8:15am-4:45pm.
