6:30am to 5:30pm M-Th and then Friday is a day of Planning and Scheduling

Description:
They have a $4.6mm branch located in Savannah, Ga which provides Commercial Maintenance and Enhancement Services. Currently the branch has a 95% client retention rate and the Ops are being handled by the BM. Due to growth, they need to add a new Client Relations Leader and the goal is to grow this branch to $7mm.

They use Aspire Software to manage Relationships and Operations and their clients consist of Distribution Centers, Churches, Shopping Centers, Apartment Complexes, Condo Associations and other commercial clients.

Job Description

Department: Production

Reports to: Branch Leader

Supervise: Operations Leader

Job Purpose: Ensure the clients in your designated region are served the best customer service and the highest quality landscape. Ultimately responsible for all the contracts within your region. Ensure clients are served with the best client service by educating the clients with thorough communication and improving the landscape with proactive problem solving.

Expectations:

1. Client Management

• Communicate effectively with clients and prospects

• Focus on the “Ideal Client”

• Ensure your clients are met with the highest degree of customer service.

• Be proactive to client's needs and respond to any calls by the end of the day

• You are the SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT for all assigned clients to build stronger relationship with client

• Build and uphold relationships with clients and potential clients throughout the community

• Coordinate critical responses with the Branch Leader

• Enter all new client/property information in Aspire and keep client information updated

• Assist clients in understanding their client agreement regarding expectations of CGI and client

• Educate the client regarding their property and their expectations

• Provide site/crew orientation for all projects with Operations Leader

• Retain at least 90% of annual contract accounts

• Provide solutions to clients' problems daily using the “Aspire” enhancement sales/estimate process

2. Site Management/Quality

• Meet with client in regular intervals as proposed by the Branch Leader

• Responsible for client satisfaction with CGI's work

• Measuring sites for accuracy and bid procedures

• Review Crew Labor Efficiency, Team labor Efficiency and Site Audits numbers daily and correct where needed to bring properties back into line with their budgets.

• Present numbers and solution needed weekly to Branch Leader.

• Problem solve and implement solutions on any property issues to bring the property back into line with contract and company expectations

• Monitor client issues through Aspire software and respond to Operations Leader regarding solutions

• Ensure GANNT charts are processed for each property they manage

• Perform Site Audits (ASPIRE) on each property monthly

3. Supervising

• Communicate effectively with Operations Leader

• Hold Operations Leader accountable for job performance

• Problem solve any issues relating to the Operations Leader and implement solutions

• Be available to the Operations Leader

4. Sales

• Responsible for up selling enhancement work to existing clients

• Scheduling appointments with clients

• Design all up-sold enhancement projects

• Responsible for scheduling all jobs in coordination with Operations Leader

• Prepare and manage client budget for annual review and enhancement projects

• Prepare proposals and submit to client for signature before starting the work

• Maintain sales pipeline

• Meet monthly and annual company goals as outlined in company sales plan
