The ideal Business/Technical Analyst will have some business experience in performing and analyzing process, procedures, and systems related to tolling operations. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Toll Operations support as a business or technical analyst.
  • Assist the task lead in a program to ensure intellectual property is captured and processed.
  • Support of the UX/UI/CX effort to enhance the user experience and interface for customer service representatives.
  • Support of the effort to ensure IT standards compliance for TransCore and other toll operations contracts.
  • Support Tolling Operations during the development of a unified back office system.
  • Support the UX/UI/CX business transformation.
  • Support delivering Natural Language IVR to maximize self-service.
  • Support the implementation of ALPR and vehicle fingerprinting technologies and finding innovative solutions to streamline and automate license plate identification.
  • Support the Data Migration for tolling back office.
