Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
Monitor and track work order status, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution of any issues or delays.
Analyze and interpret performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
Investigate performance anomalies or deviations and propose solutions to optimize performance.
Documentation and reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting data center performance trends, KPIs, and improvement initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.
Participate in regular meetings and presentations to share performance insights with stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and evaluate initiatives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, managing, and implementing the finance teams plans.
Vendor management: Collaborate with data center service providers and suppliers to monitor and optimize service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field preferred.
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
Proven experience working in data center facility operations or similar environment is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and SharePoint.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) necessary, Corrigo Enterprise, Salesforce, EMaint, MaintainX, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and outliers in data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial processes.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, facilities, IT, and finance.
