POSITION INFO:

This position is primarily responsible for administrative support for the Engineering and Transportation departments at Elkhart. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure invoices are coded to the appropriate cost center and that they are paid appropriately
• Reconcile transactions and charges to department cost centers
• Generate and approve monthly SG&A reports for Engineering, Advanced Technology, and Building Services
• Create, monitor, and administrate development project expense accounts
• Maintain Engineering Archives and Logs
• Assist with travel request booking and expense
• Maintain and administrate department SharePoint site
• Assist with product sample orders
• Oversee department events
• Administrate facility maintenance request
• Manage department office supplies
• Assist with purchase order creation
• Code Transportation and Procurement invoices for payment
• Assist Transportation Department as needed
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma.

TRAINING AND SKILLS:

Effective verbal and written communications. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with peers, customers, project teams and leadership. Experience working independently or in a project team environment within a defined deadline.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
