Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's customers have an outstanding experience with our brand. Your responsibilities will encompass both providing excellent customer service and actively engaging in inside sales activities to drive revenue growth. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and product knowledge will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships and maximizing sales
opportunities. You will be in charge of maintaining and organizing all customer service requests.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their needs, concerns, and questions with empathy and efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions, turning unhappy customers into loyal advocates.
- Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product line to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Inside Sales:
- Identify and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting efforts, converting them into potential sales opportunities.
- Actively promote our products and services to customers, showcasing their benefits and features to drive sales growth.
- Close sales deals by effectively communicating product value propositions and negotiating terms that meet both customer and company needs.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and forecast sales targets.

Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer outreach efforts.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and inside sales roles.
- Passion for holistic health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Solid understanding of CRM software and sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
- High level of adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
