California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is seeking a physical therapist for our Clinic Director / Partnership opportunity. We're seeking an experienced clinician who is ready to embark on a new journey of becoming a partner in opening a brand new outpatient orthopedic clinic 

Location: NEW Clinic in South Bay /East Bay Area. We want your input on the location

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic in a gym or fitness center

Schedule: Flexible hours & Schedule

Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job-related factors

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is expanding its presence in the Northern California Bay Area, with a focus on establishing clinics within gym and fitness center environments. We're presenting an exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in partnering with us to open and lead their own clinic.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who has leadership experience and is excited about running their own practice. As a partner in this venture, your role will include providing valuable input on:

  • Selecting the clinic site
  • Choosing the equipment
  • Hiring and managing the staff
  • Community outreach and marketing

Position Summary:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or issues.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Create individualized care plans for each treatment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care

  • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist
  • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is highly preferred
  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
