Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Momentum Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic and innovative Clinic Director Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team in providing exceptional patient care and achieving clinical excellence
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and goals
- Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze clinical metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvement
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
- One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience
- Current state of Texas license, CPR certification
- Outgoing and energetic personality
