Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician.

Field Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Field Service Motor Tech and be able to perform the following duties:
  • Install, maintain, and repair motors and other electrical equipment in the field
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with motors and other equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Motor Tech
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
