Position Summary

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is actively seeking a Manager of Field Fulfillment to enhance our Services Team. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the field team regarding procurement, salesforce management, documentation, and general contract assistance within the South Region. You will collaborate closely with the Field Service Team in a dynamic and agile environment to effectively manage both long-term and short-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities

● Facilitate purchasing support for all LTSA/Bridge/O&M projects within the South Region.
● Collaborate with Field Service Managers to execute parts-lists for new projects.
● Generate business-level reports detailing contract expenditures on materials and work with procurement to review regional spending and manage costs.
● Assist in resolving vendor invoicing issues and tracking materials.
● Support the closure of ELTO.
● Reconcile monthly O&M expenses for customer invoicing.
● Provide work-order creation and general administrative support.
● Oversee labor liquidation and ensure accurate entry of hours into ServiceMax and Kronos for applicable field teams while capturing appropriate entitlements.
● Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceMax/Salesforce within the region.
● Ensure documentation standardization within AO Docs and maintain updated information within the region.
● Offer general project support.
● Provide backup assistance for resource management specialists in dispatching Field Service Representatives.
● Undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
● Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies.
● Expected travel: 20-25%.

Desired Attributes
● Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP Sales/Distribution and ServiceMax/Salesforce.
● Background in purchasing.
● Understanding of water treatment processes.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
