Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork and contracts
  • Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance products and services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction.
