Responsibility :
To own and cultivate business relationships with one or multiple key growth account/s. Lead the Customer deliverable by effective strategic planning, enabling Horizontal & Vertical Business growth at Account level, enabling sales to deliver world class services/technology solutions to customers.

Job Description:
  • 15+ Years of experience in the industry
  • B.E or equivalent (MCA), BE/MSc. MBA preferred
  • Customer Focus/Satisfaction:
  • Manage and develop strong customer relationships from execution to closure. Collaborate with Vertical and Horizontal Engineering Partners to lead the account to success. Collaborate with Sales & provide inputs to formulate strategy and Sales plans for the account growth. Work closely with Customer in understanding project and program requirements and issues for successfully implementing them. Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to Vertical and Horizontal business and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve full business value. Be the Brand Ambassador of Persistent in technical/business forums
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Vertical and Horizontal Engineering Partners to lead the account to success.
  • Account Topline:
  • Support Sales in achieving revenue or gross margin of the key growth account/s. Collaborate intensively across Vertical and Horizontal business in making revenue projections for the account and ensuring minimal revenue leakage. Work towards crafting and implementing strategies that optimize the sales, Customer Service efforts and overall gross margins at Account level. Adopt a customer centric business philosophy that focuses on delivering value to key growth Accounts. Generate revenue through growth in strategic accounts. Make innovation an important component of business growth strategy
  • Maintain existing business profitability and adhere to the target profit margins. Continuously work towards building strategies that improve profit margins from account perspective
