Description

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist (CSSP) who can help us ensure our clients advertising is OEM compliant and live across all media types. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively both with internal and external partners, is highly organized and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment: Speed to market is vital for our automotive, home services and retail clients. The CSSP plays a vital role in the agency's success and efficiency, ensuring all assets are pre-approved and compliant, campaigns launch with correct assets, all required documentation is gathered, deadlines are met, and client advertising co-op funds are maximized. Within the role, candidates will be exposed to and gain valuable understanding of various Linear and Digital platforms including Programmatic and Paid Social. The CSSP will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and will work closely with the Customer Success Services, Account Services, Creative, Linear Media, and Digital Media teams. Remote applications will be accepted, but priority will be given to local candidates. Local employees work in a hybrid environment in our Bloomington office.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to...)
  • Acts as a liaison between the agency's clients and its internal departments; Strategizes ways to work through potential issues and obstacles
  • Confident knowledge of assigned clients' OEM advertising compliance and co-op requirements including ability to answer all internal team questions
  • Ensures that all ad materials are pre-approved and compliant
  • Responsible for managing all traffic deadlines
  • Traffics finished creative product to all delivery channels either direct to vendor or to Linear Media/Digital Media teams
  • Saves all client-related documents for assigned clients to the server and maintains the organization of server folders
  • Maintain digital record on Cuneo server of all pre-approvals, traffic instructions and compliance/co-op documentation
  • Acquire and process notarized affidavits and proof of performance for advertising co-op eligible schedules by specified deadlines
  • Updates and reviews monthly advertising Co-op Summaries and supporting invoices, then alerts the Account Supervisor and Account Executive team members to review
  • Submits all assigned client advertising co-op for reimbursement by specified deadlines
Requirements
  • Strong preference to candidates with a four-year degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of advertising and/or marketing experience or related internship and training
  • Prior agency experience is desirable
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with agency staff and outside vendors as required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Reliable, professional and extremely organized
  • Keen attention-to-detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
