Job Description:
  • Shift: Monday - Friday; 8-hour shifts (7am - 3:30pm)
  • Call Schedule: 10-13 nights/month; minimum 1-2 weekends/month
  • Volume/Caseload: 30+ scheduled cases per week
  • Procedures: TCAR, AAA, Peripheral vascular, Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Right and Left Heart Cath, STEMI, and Stroke
  • Shift Differentials:
    • Evening Shift (3pm - 11:30pm) = 8%
    • Night Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) = 11%
    • No Weekend Differential
  • Salary Range: $69,867.00 to $104,811.00
  • Sign-on Bonus: $20,000, contingent upon minimum 1-year Cath Lab experience
  • Relocation Assistance: Negotiable based on distance, with a 2-year work requirement
  • Work Environment: Onsite, no sponsorship available
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Cardiovascular & IR Service Line Director
Responsibilities:
  • Operate radiographic fluoroscopic equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Assist physicians, technologists, and nurses
  • Maintain a customer-friendly environment
  • Participate in call rotation and adhere to variable shift scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and professional attitude
Requirements:
  • One of the following certifications:
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
    • Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 3 months of hire (to be assigned by the Learning Center)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac and/or general catheterization laboratory
  • Minimum 1-year experience in digital and cine imaging and archiving
  • Proficiency in X-ray, Monitoring, and Scrubbing roles
