Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy end user workstations and company assets per company procedures.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of new and existing company servers (Windows/Linux) and network equipment.
- Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond promptly to requests received by phone or through the IT help desk portal.
- Troubleshoot help desk tickets.
- Provide Internal user support.
- Set up and configure workstations.
- Manage user accounts.
- Provision devices via Microsoft Intune Management
- Configuration of policies and services via Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
- Assist in department projects.
- Maintain network systems.
- Monitor systems and perform various tasks as delegated.
- Performs security monitoring and auditing duties as required by IT Operations procedures.
- Understands and complies with all company Privacy and Security standards.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- 3 or more years of relevant job experience.
- Experience with Windows platform.
- Ability to communicate and work with others and provide exceptional end-user support.
