Job Profile/Summary The Human Resources Generalist will perform all aspects of HR function with an emphasis in the areas of administration, compliance, benefits, compensation, recruitment, development and retention. Partnering directly with the VP & GM, Director of HR and site management team, the Sr. HR Generalist is a key member of the leadership team.
