Marketing Specialist Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing content for the TidalHealth brand, including but not limited to advertising copy, advertorials, SEO-rich web content, healthcare articles for in-house use and external publications, and more. Under the direction of the Brand Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist is highly creative and has an eye for detail - an expert storyteller with an excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends. The Marketing Specialist is also responsible for updating and maintaining the department's project management platform, so excellent communication and time management skills are a must.

Marketing Specialist Position Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism or a related field such as literature, English, marketing or communications required.
Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications or similar preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and website content management systems.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills are required.
  • Photography skills preferred.
Marketing Specialist Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
