RemX is seeking a Claims Admin Support Specialist for a company in the Fayetteville, AR area

Mon-Fri 8a-5p 100% onsite

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Liason between customer and filer
  • Total loss paperwork, titles,
  • Give checks to customer in payment
  • Order Police reports
  • Draft letters would be sent out to the customer's residence
  • Send Fed Ex and intake
  • Scan total loss paperwork into file
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year office experience
  • MS Office- Word (Beginner level)
  • Customer Service Face to face
  • Multitasking
  • Adapt Quickly and learn process and programs
