Additionally, the role includes performing a variety of operations to assemble industrial products or subassemblies where methods and sequence of assembly are clearly written and described. The Assembly/Integration Lead will guide a team of 5-10 employees, provide mechanical and electrical assembly training for new employees, and coordinate with the 1st shift production supervisor for daily priorities. The role also involves troubleshooting basic equipment issues and striving to achieve 100% on-time shipments to customers.
