Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Systems integrator supporting intelligence systems modernization within HQDA G-2, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force (TF). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating AI/ML technologies within DoD environments, coupled with a thorough understanding of DoD and US policy concerning AI/ML. This role requires at least 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, familiarity with DoD operations and doctrine.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on DoD applications.
- Strong understanding of DoD and US policy concerning AI/ML technologies.
- Proven experience in integrating AI/ML applications within DoD environments.
- Familiarity with DoD operations, doctrine, and mission-critical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, R, and TensorFlow.
- Integrate AI/ML technologies into DoD applications to enhance operational capabilities.
- Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms tailored to meet specific DoD requirements.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and US policy concerning AI/ML in all integration and development efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in AI/ML technologies and their potential applications within the DoD.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in AI/ML systems engineering, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and military personnel, to deliver AI/ML solutions.
- Support the development of AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned with DoD objectives and operational needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of AI/ML technologies to determine their suitability and effectiveness for DoD applications.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure the security and integrity of AI/ML systems, adhering to stringent security protocols and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work collaboratively across the enterprise to ensure success of all branches within the ISR TF.
- Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.
