This role requires a strong technical background in machine learning and AI, with a focus on generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with pre-sales teams to shape AI proposals, mentor and coach junior team members on client projects, and develop proprietary tools and accelerators to streamline client AI deployment.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in the following states: AZ, CA, DC, VA, MA, MD, FL, GA, IL, IN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, OR, TN, TX, WA as well as Ontario, CA
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement large-scale AI systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and client requirements.
- Provide hands-on guidance to technical teams during the design, development, and deployment of AI models, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and quality standards.
- Partner with our Technical Directors to lead the creation of intellectual property (IP) and AI accelerators, such as reusable components, tools, and frameworks, to streamline AI project delivery and improve time-to-market.
- Provide thought leadership in the form of technical ideation for Lovelytics' new offerings and solutions for client's problems across various verticals.
- Work closely with our presales team to successfully sell, plan, and deliver engagements.
- Apply expertise with Databricks, using Python, spark, pyspark, and big data streaming to pioneer client technologies and data.
- Manage projects to ensure project milestones are reached within the given timeline and budget allocated.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years in analytics, ML & AI working with cloud-based data analytics architectures and 4+ yrs' experience working in a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to formulate data science and machine learning strategies to align with business objectives, including GenAI architectural patterns such as RAG and ReACT.
- Mastery of advanced deep learning techniques and transfer learning as well as NLP frameworks.
- 2+ years experience implementing AI/ML projects and production implementation on databricks.
- Extensive experience in designing large-scale AI systems, including the integration of AI pipelines, data architectures, and cloud-based deployments.
- Advanced experience developing Machine Learning models or ML Ops processes.
- Excellent communication skills are a MUST, all our employees are client-facing, and this role requires.
- Ability to extract and transform data via Python, deep exposure and understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, etc.
- Overall understanding of analytics from analytic engineering to visualization tools.
- Exciting projects with great clients in varying departments and verticals across the world.
- The ability to work closely with experienced data engineers and quickly grow and expand your skillset.
- The ability to work closely with all sizes of companies, ranging from Fortune 100 to small local businesses.
