Signature Homes is currently seeking a Business Systems Administrator in our Birmingham, AL market. The Business Systems Administrator role is intended to ensure the timely launch of new products and communities by ensuring the proper setup in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. It involves the setup and maintenance of community products and design offerings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Track and coordinate product development schedule with system setup tasks.
  • Ensure consistency between our system and marketing materials.
  • Maintain retail sales prices and cost in Newstar.
  • New community and model system setup and maintenance.
  • Assist with takeoffs and setup of option costing.
  • Assist with end-user training in the usage of Newstar.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the organization’s ERP system.
Skills/Qualifications:

Required:
  • High school diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Multi-tasking and organizational capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with independent problem solving ability
Preferred:
  • Administrative experience
  • Proficiency in ERP software systems, ideally Newstar
  • Ability to read house plans and blueprints
  • Experience with Excel Pivot tables and/or PowerBI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
