Mobile User Support Specialist

Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son is searching for a Mobile User Support Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for order, setup, invoice reconciliation, and initial technical support for all mobile users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, setup, and configure employee phones and applications
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Reconcile monthly invoice
- Run usage reports for management team monthly
- Order phones and supplies according to company policy
- Guide employees remotely through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Walk employees step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Prioritize employee satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level personnel
- Follow up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved
- Assist employees with various applications and operating systems
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working as a mobile device technician or in a similar customer support role, preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
- Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for problem-solving and customer service
- Tech savvy, with experience working in a tech-related field
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues
- Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize work accordingly
