Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Responsibility: Lead a team of dedicated salespeople and ensure revenue targets are in alignment with company growth targets. Lead the team to successfully deliver on those targets.
  • Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of revenue hunters. Leverage your experience and knowledge to raise the bar on the sales team performance. Your leadership will be the driving force behind our success.
  • Industry Insights: Develop industry and customer insights while leveraging existing relationships to fuel growth.
Requirements

Must Haves
  • Industry Experience: Specific experience with either Promotional Products or selling services in the Automotive industry
  • Hands-On Commercial Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development. Proven expertise in managing a sales team and consistently delivering measurable improvements in results.
  • Location: Must be based in Greater Detroit area.
  • High Energy & Passion: We need someone who is high-energy, hungry, and passionate about winning
