  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst II (BA II) to join our team. The BA II will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from internal teams to support decision-making and project execution. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The BA II will perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation, provide support for projects and regulatory reporting. The Business Analyst team uses a variety of tools/systems that may include: Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Epic/EHR Systems and other vendor platforms.

  • - Ability to partner with internal customers to gather business and technical requirements
  • - Health Plans or health care experience preferred
  • - Experience working with Power BI preferred
