Are you a creative sales-minded, strategy-driven individual with a passion for marketing & event coordination with a genuine interest in communicating with clients daily? We are seeking a strong Event & Appointment Coordinator whose job is to grow a sales pipeline by implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy and setting appointments for Singer Wealth Advisors in Boca Raton & West Palm, Florida.
This individual will be responsible for engaging with prospect clients after they have shown interest from one of the many company marketing funnels. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb marketing and event coordinating skills. We are seeking an individual who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. A sharp phone presence with excellent listening skills, a love for the phones and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients are a must. We're looking for a go-getter that is great at asking in-depth questions and getting our prospects engaged
This individual will coordinate seminar engagements & client appreciation events, execute email marketing, lead nurturing, direct mail, digital marketing, calling leads to schedule appointments, and other marketing activities in an integrated fashion that results in a larger overall sales funnel of high-quality leads.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
The desire to work long-term in the marketing department in the financial industry
2+ years of experience in a marketing/event/administrative role
Industry knowledge/experience preferred
Proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged
Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with a CRM for documentation of calls, follow-up, activities, & calendaring

Position Responsibilities
Calling on existing leads and prospects after they have shown interest from one of the many company marketing funnels with a goal of scheduling a consultation meeting with one of our advisors.
Coordinate and attend seminars, client events and networking venues (some workday evening hours required)
Negotiate with venues on scheduling, pricing & accommodations
Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectives
Coordinate with and respond to third-party marketing vendors
Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and available
Gather & input lead data and configure reports to support various KPI data and analysis projects
Communicate with Operational Financial Analyst & management on a regular basis
Back up to receptionist on phones
Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Location
In-office Position in our Boca Raton & West Palm, FL location
Normal office hours 8:30-5:30; with occasional evening hours for weekday dinner seminars
Compensation Range
$50K -60K/per year, depending on experience
