That's why we need you, a cybersecurity program analyst with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.

As a cybersecurity program analyst on our team, you'll lead the assessment of your client's cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You'll evaluate or audit how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you'll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You'll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, the Federal government, or Federal consulting
  • 4+ years of experience writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence or material to support decision-making
  • 4+ years of experience drafting technical writing at the organization-level, including technical strategies, and supporting the development of technical policies
  • 2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity or information assurance field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting DoD-level organizations, including Action Officer duties and staffing processes or tools
  • Experience facilitating meetings such as working groups and conferences, and associated pre- and post-meeting activities
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity program within the DoD
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience analyzing the development of information assurance and cybersecurity practices, policies, and strategies
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
  • Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications
  • Knowledge of Joint instructions and manuals
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • CISSP or CISM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
