About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen. As a Cybersecurity Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing strategic cyber policies to support our defense infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment of client cyber policies, coverage, and areas of risk
  • Evaluate or audit policies against regulations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Develop a strategic cyber roadmap to advance client understanding of acceptable risk and availability
  • Work in a consultative role to ensure clients operate securely in an evolving IT environment
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, the Federal government, or Federal consulting
  • Experience with writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence or material to support decision-making
  • Experience with technical writing at the organization-level, including technical strategies and analyzing the development of technical policies
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or information assurance field
  • Experience with facilitating meetings, including working groups and conferences, and associated pre- and post-meeting activities
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity program in the DoD
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supporting DoD-level organizations, including Action Officer duties and staffing processes or tools
  • Experience with analyzing the development of information assurance and cybersecurity practices, policies, and strategies
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
  • Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications
  • Knowledge of Joint instructions and manuals
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • CISSP or CISM Certification
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD).
