We have an immediate opening for a International Digital Marketing Specialist - Commercial opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia. As an International Digital Marketing Specialist - Commercial at Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. you will be a collaborative team player and strive to increase reach, interaction, conversion, and engagement of our B2B brands in the digital world. This means that you will enhance the productivity of the Commercial Division known as Hamilton Beach Commercial, which markets products to the food service and hospitality industries, through execution of our global digital strategy under the direction of the Manager, Global Digital Marketing Programs and the Sr. Manager, Global Commercial Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Use marketing technology to maintain current marketing programs and identify opportunities to leverage technology to optimize workflow

  • Proactively manage digital marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion under direction

  • Coordinate and implement B2B marketing and promotional strategies across multiple channels, including social, brand websites, email, and others

  • Contribute to an excellent customer experience by helping update/test website content, links, and navigation paths

  • Execute targeted email, list growth strategies, maintenance, segmentation, and analysis as directed

  • Prepare and share reports, monitor and track trends, and incorporate data into larger integrated marketing and ecommerce recaps as directed

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

  • 3+ years digital marketing experience with proven experience developing, implementing and measuring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

  • Experience working with a publishing plan and inbound marketing

  • Experience executing and analyzing drip marketing campaigns and online marketing programs

  • Experience working within Social Networks such as Facebook, Instagram , Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube

  • Strong listening, writing and communication skills with the ability to think objectively

  • Highly detail oriented with organizational and time management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while quickly shifting priorities according to business needs

  • Hubspot, Google Analytics, HTML, and WordPress experience preferred

  • Experience in International digital marketing and its nuances preferred

The successful candidate will have proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and be able to support multiple tasks with simultaneous priorities. He or she must be a dedicated, creative, results driven self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
