How will you make an impact?
You will help create and cultivate a collaborative teamwork environment by providing world-class support to the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and General Manager.
• Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
• Maintains confidentiality of all aspects of duties related to the company.
• Administrative / reception activities, such as: answer phone, schedule conference rooms, organize customer and vendor visits, arrange lunches, welcome and direct visitors, assist guest with logging into the visitor system and maintain shared and individual calendars.
• Open daily mail and receiving packages.
• Receiving visitor lunches
• Lead and run all new hire onboarding schedules / processes.
• SOP training and the ability to apply the standard operating procedure training.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
How will you get there?
Education
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or business-related field preferred
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant work experience may be considered.
Experience
• Computer skills: Outlook, Teams.
• Must be able to speak, read and write (legibly) in the English language without assistance.
• Ability and experience communicating effectively in a friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to hold information in strict confidence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, potential clients, customers, contractors, and the general public.
