Summary:

As a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager in a company within our network, you will ensure high client satisfaction and retention through effective communication, strategic problem-solving
and prompt, professional management of client requests. You will be the primary contact for the client. You will forge a long-term relationship with the clients you manage, building trust and clarity to the value we bring to our clients' organization. In turn, the role comes with a huge scope for professional growth. You will work in an innovative and supportive team-based work environment driven by an ethos of Excellence

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high client satisfaction, account retention and identify service expansion opportunities to grow the relationship
  • Effectively communicate the value of the services provided to clients
  • Manage issues with strong analytical and strategic thinking to ensure prompt, effective resolution
  • Consistently analyze account results data to prepare and present reporting on
    weekly client update meetings
  • Continuously evaluate outreach strategy (playbook) and collaborate with clients and communicate with the internal team to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with clients to set appropriate sales meeting targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management
  • Experience with project management tools and sales enablement software
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional approach to work and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a comfort level working with C-suite level client contacts and build trusting relationships
