Summary:

As Sales Executive Assistant , you will be providing assistance with executive administrative tasks (scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.). s, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication across the executive team. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and leads efficiently for timely responses and organization.
  • Utilize tools like Gsuite, HubSpot Sales Hub, Close.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sales tasks and progress monitoring.
  • Conduct sales outreach through email, phone, and social media.
  • Assist with executive administrative tasks (scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and tasks with team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Arrange and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and documentation.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution and accountability.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and executive retreats, managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • English Resume is required
  • 2+ years experience in email and lead management and sales outreach. (Must be great at cold calling and cold emailing (email sequence knowledge required)
  • Proficiency in Gsuite, HubSpot Sales Hub, Close.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Needs someone with a dynamic personality, confident and great executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience as an executive assistant or similar role
