What does a Data Entry Clerk with Paul Davis do?
  • May assist the Office Administrator in daily tasks, such as:
    • Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
    • Manage the daily administration functions of the franchise as needed
  • Assist the Lead JCA in accounting data entry
  • Handle sub-contractor paperwork- W-9, Insurance Certificates
  • Is an integral part of a growing business
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
  • Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Skills REQUIRED of Team Member:
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Outlook
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from the office

Both Full Time and Part Time Positions Available
  • Expected hours: 25-40 per week
  • Pay range $17-20/hr based on experience
Additional Skills that will be considered in determining starting pay:
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting or bookkeeping procedures
  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or accounts payable functions
  • Basic knowledge of payroll functions and procedures
  • Experience with Quickbooks (either online or desktop)

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
