Job Description:
Uses knowledge/skill in one or more areas of specialized work (e.g., irrigation, chemical application, masonry, water treatment, greenhouse management, specialized landscape installation and construction). Employees often operate specialized and/or heavy equipment.
JOB DUTIES

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Works independently or assists supervisor in the completion of duties in a specialized field. (e.g., installation of irrigation systems, chemical application, masonry work, greenhouse management, specialized grounds care, athletic field care, campus signage, swimming pool maintenance, fountain maintenance and/or landscape construction and installation).
- Operates and maintains equipment related to major duties.
- Assists in the inventory process of supplies and/or equipment in a specific area.
- Will be required to attend various training and certification courses related to field of expertise.
- Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of teamwork and collegiality and interacts with confidence, patience and integrity to provide professional leadership during emergencies.
- Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
Required:
One year of experience in a related position.
Preferred:
More than one year of experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Exacting accuracy in all phases of work performed.
