Report status and risks on a weekly basis to stakeholders. Collaborate with agency business leaders to develop and maintain ongoing release schedules. Define project objectives and strategize with key business stakeholders. Coordinate and orchestrate multiple project activities for adherence to project plan and goals. Deliver results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and associated technical specifications. Collaborate with other Project Managers in developing detailed plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames, funding, and staffing availability. Prepare and execute comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing, and other associated project management areas. Manage overall process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes. Perform work in keeping with industry recognized standards, guidelines, and practices. Adhere to established Commonwealth policy and procedures with respect to project management methodology, quality assurance, and other related standards. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide Preferred Qualifications Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide IT Access and Identity Management Systems (AIMS) Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies Proven experience managing projects using Agile, preferably Scrum Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirable. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendors Strong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plans Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum (10) ten years of IT experience Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery – on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility. Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large scale enterprise wide IT projects • Minimum (3) three years of experience managing enterprise wide Access and Identity Management projects Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements, status reports, etc. Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tool Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point.
