Job Description

Aspire Health Alliance is a not for profit community based behavioral health care organization, which serves over 17,000 children and families each year. The corporate office is located in Marina Bay, Quincy, MA.

We have an exceptional opportunity to join our team within the Intake Department. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients looking for counseling services.

The specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Gathering client information including type of services needed, location, insurance information, current medications, and hospitalizations
  • Determining best option for the client and referring them to the appropriate clinic
  • If client is uninsured, explains payment structure and payment options/guidelines
  • Verifies insurance and authorizations
Required Skills

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of office experience. Previous medical office experience including working with an electronic health record system is strongly preferred. Exceptional customer service, organizational and computer skills required.

Required Experience
  • One to two years office experience with demonstrated effective communication skills and proven organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Medical Office experience preferred
