Quality Assurance Administrator

The Quality Assurance/Administrator is responsible for ensuring the high quality and accuracy of assigned areas within Mobile Wound Healing LLC. They will work closely with team members streamline operations to optimize efficiency and performance. Mobile Wound Healing delivers wound care services at patients' residences inclusive of their homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Independent Living Facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality chart audits to assess adherence to established standards/medicare guidelines
- Completes daily note review and give finalization approval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues ( i.e., ICD/procedures codes )
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements/policies and procedures
- Assist with maintaining scheduling guidelines for providers, supply PAR levels, Graft Inventory
- Work with clinical director on provider wound documentation education
- LPN Degree required
- Active LPN License, no restrictions
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role
- Wound care or healthcare experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
