Customer Relations Representative

Position Overview:

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

Requirements:

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensación: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, y Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Boston NY, 3 miles south of Hamburg NY.
  • Our office is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday and evenings by appointments.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
  • Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, y Senior Vice President's Club
