Sales Manager- Staffing Firm

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to present tailored staffing solutions to clients.
- MSA Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations to establish Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with clients.
- Ensure that agreements are aligned with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with legal and management teams to finalize contract terms.
- Sales Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on staffing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development, with a track record of breaking MSAs and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding goals and objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
