Our Laser Diode Division in Oxford, MA is hiring a skilled and motivated C# Web Forms ASP.NET Software Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining desktop and web applications using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, Win Forms, DevExpress, MS SQL, and Entity Framework. This role requires strong programming skills, a deep understanding of web development principles, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance desktop and web applications.
  • Design and implement user interfaces, web services, and database-driven functionality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain MS SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Implement best practices for software development, code optimization, and system documentation.
  • Support the PDB (MES) system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and web development technologies
  • Experience with DevExpress controls and tools
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and database development tools
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
