Job Description:

About the Role :

As an IT Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the IT Service Desk operation, ensuring timely and effective support to end-users. You will develop and manage a team of support technicians, coordinate resources, and implement best practices to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage a team of IT support technicians, providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.

• Assist with development and maintenance of department processes and procedures for the company’s IT Service Desk

• Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and service requests within agreed-upon service levels.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise Asset Management System aligned to compliance with audit controls.

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution assistance.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the efficiency of the IT service desk.

About You :

• Proven experience (3 years) in a leadership role within an IT service desk environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management certification is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
