Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow online communities through active engagement with followers
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner

Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing social campaigns

Website Updates:

  • Regularly update and maintain content on the company website(s) to ensure accuracy and relevance

Employee Recognition / Celebrations:

  • Owner of Bullhorn TV graphics and announcements
  • Assist with the organization and execution of celebrations for employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through thoughtful recognition initiatives

General Marketing Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Assist in coordination and ordering of promotional materials, merchandise, and corporate swag for all OPS business units for events, anniversaries, celebrations, etc.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven professional experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SEO and online marketing strategies
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
