  • Hours: 6:30a to 5p Monday-Friday with rotating weekend and holiday schedules
What you will need:
Required Education and/or Experience:
• Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology within six months of hire

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
• Cardiology experience

Required License/Certification:
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
• Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within six months of start date into position
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association

General Summary:
Under general supervision, supervises graded exercise treadmill testing on referred patients, including standard 12-lead ECG treadmill studies, exercise echo studies, cardiopulmonary exercise studies, and exercise nuclear studies. Conducts pharmacologic stress studies in conjunction with nursing staff when necessary, develops individualized exercise prescriptions for patients based on testing outcomes and collaborates with cardiology staff to provide clinical testing that is competency-based and continually evaluated for quality outcomes.
