We are seeking a licensed Mold Remediation Specialist to join our team on a per diem basis to assist with various projects as they arise.

Job Description: As a Licensed Mold Remediation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting mold inspections, developing remediation plans, and executing mold removal processes according to industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of mold remediation techniques, safety protocols, and compliance with local and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough mold inspections and assessments.
  • Develop and execute detailed mold remediation plans.
  • Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to safely remove mold.
  • Document the remediation process and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful project completion.
  • Provide recommendations for preventing future mold growth.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Mold Remediation Specialist/Contractor license.
    • Proof of licensure will be required.
  • Extensive experience in mold remediation and restoration.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations regarding mold remediation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and operating equipment.
Pay Structure:
  • Base Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and project complexity.
  • Commission:
    • 5% commission on jobs under $10,000.
    • 7% commission on jobs over $10,000.
  • Additional Pay:
    • Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for any hours worked beyond 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week.

  • Safety Glasses or Goggles
  • N-95 Respirators
  • Poly Spun "Tyvek" style suits with hood and foot protection
