seeking a Product manager for a 6-12 month contract. Highly likely this person will convert.

Notes:
  • Junior/Mid-level Product Manager
    • 1-3 years of hands on Product management experience
  • Experience in eCommerce, Trust & Safety (Priority), Risk Management, Ethics or Compliance
    • Added plus if they have Fraud/Risk experience, hands on or in a classroom setting
  • Project: Seller risk platform for Overseeing the onboarding/post onboarding st***gy
    • Understand requirements and translate into use cases
    • Collaboration with business, product and engineering teams
    • Developer product features and discuss future feature roadmap
  • Technical background - degree in engineering
    • As they will be working closely with Engineering teams
  • Hybrid: in Sunnyvale once/week, San Bruno once/month
  • Interview process
    • 3 rounds, each 30 minutes
    • Focused on product optimization, use case scenarios and fraud/risk, if they have it
  • 6 month with potential to convert
Position Summary

Project: You will be supporting a large scale eCommerce Seller portal, evaluating product features and future project roadmap for seller risk post onboarding.

Manages and coordinates product development projects. Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues. Ensures that labeling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications. Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities. Works with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor st***gy. Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports for top management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Experience with Fraud or Risk is a large plus)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in an agile development environment
  • 3 years experience in product management with proven track record of delivering top notch products that delight users.
  • Required tools experience: Confluence, Atlassian, Jira (or any ticketing technology), UML
  • Domain knowledge in Trust & Safety, E-commerce, Risk Management or Compliance
  • Strong execution skills and ability to drive throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Ability to develop and implement a business strategy and make dynamic adjustments as landscapes shift.
  • Strong technical knowledge and an ability to influence engineering decisions.
  • Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data.
  • Hybrid role - coming in 1/week into Sunnyvale
  • 3 round interview process, 30 minutes each
