You Are:

You are an experienced and visionary Principal Product Manager with a passion for driving product success and innovation. You have a deep understanding of PCI-Express, Ethernet protocols, and High-Speed PHY architectures. Your strategic mindset allows you to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to define winning product strategies. You excel in creating compelling value propositions and communicating complex technical content in a clear and concise manner. Your strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects make you a key player in achieving business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams, key customers, and strategic partners to drive product success. With your excellent communication skills, you can articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are driven by a desire to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of Synopsys‘ product lines.

What You‘ll Be Doing:
  • Defining products that result in sustainable growth through the creation of strategic business plans, MRDs, financial models, pricing, product positioning, and application-focused roadmaps.
  • Analyzing business and market trends, analyst viewpoints, competitive landscapes, and conducting SWOT analysis.
  • Leading core teams to drive overall product direction, including P&L, forecasting, and business operations.
  • Creating sales tools, including level 1 presentations, sales channel communication, training, and competitive cheat sheets for field support.
  • Managing business aspects of customer engagements, custom quotes, value statements, and tracking commitments. Collaborating with sales to establish customer relationships and create plans to win at key identified accounts.
  • Developing powerful programs and collateral that directly impact brand awareness at the platform and product levels, driving demand for IP products through product rollouts and promotional initiatives at industry events.
The Impact You Will Have:
  • Driving the overall strategy and roadmap for PCI-Express, Ethernet, and Multi-Die Solution product lines.
  • Enabling sustainable business growth through strategic product planning and market analysis.
  • Enhancing Synopsys‘ competitive position by creating compelling value propositions and marketing collateral.
  • Supporting the field organization with effective sales tools and training, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthening customer relationships and securing key accounts through effective business development efforts.
  • Increasing brand awareness and demand for Synopsys‘ IP products through impactful outbound marketing initiatives.
What You‘ll Need:
  • In-depth knowledge of PCI-Express and Ethernet protocols.
  • Understanding of High-Speed PHY architectures.
  • Experience in the data center market and semiconductor industry.
  • Proven technical marketing, product marketing, or applications engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Expertise in product positioning, value proposition articulation, and creation of compelling collateral.
  • Ability to create clear and concise messaging and presentations from complex technical content.
  • Experience with strategic market analysis and product planning.
  • Track record of developing and managing relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Creative marketing program development and successful product launches.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with intellectual property licensing and business models is preferred.

The Team You‘ll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of the PCI-Express, Ethernet & Multi-Die Solution Product Management team, responsible for executing and exceeding business objectives for these product lines. This dynamic team works closely with the field organization, key customers, R&D, and strategic partners to identify and drive strategic business opportunities. Together, you will contribute to the success and growth of Synopsys‘ product offerings.

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
