You Are:

You are a visionary leader with a passion for technology and innovation. With over 15 years of experience in product management or product marketing roles within the EDA or Semiconductor industries, you have a proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products. You possess deep domain expertise in Analog, Memory, Custom Digital, or Mixed-signal technologies. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and you excel in public speaking and evangelizing new technologies. You thrive in a matrix environment and are adept at influencing and negotiating to drive projects to success. Your ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps, coupled with your innovative mindset, makes you an ideal fit for this role.

What You‘ll Be Doing:

  • Defining the core strategic vision for circuit simulation products and core innovation initiatives to drive sustainable product-level differentiation.

  • Managing product roadmaps with a focus on product-market fit and key customer needs.

  • Acting as an evangelist for new technologies and developing business cases to secure investments for these innovations.

  • Systematically capturing the Voice of Customer through well-defined processes.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technology roadmaps and ecosystem partnerships.

  • Driving holistic outbound messaging campaigns to establish thought leadership and generate demand.

  • Developing and executing detailed technical campaigns and innovative business models to grow business and market share.

  • Creating value through packaging, pricing, and product lifecycle management.

  • Exploring and executing inorganic growth strategies in partnership with the corporate strategy team.

  • Supporting portfolio business health management with periodic assessments and requisite product lifecycle changes.

  • Training, motivating, and guiding the sales force to grow the circuit simulation business.

  • Developing revenue forecast models to aid in planning and decision-making.

  • Driving the strategic vision and innovation for Synopsys‘ circuit simulation products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.

  • Enhancing product-market fit by aligning product roadmaps with customer needs and market trends.

  • Establishing Synopsys as a thought leader in the technology space through effective evangelism and outbound messaging campaigns.

  • Increasing market share and business growth through strategic technical campaigns and innovative business models.

  • Maximizing value capture through effective product lifecycle management, packaging, and pricing strategies.

  • Fostering strong partnerships and collaborations with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technology roadmaps and ecosystem partnerships.

What You‘ll Need:

  • 10+ years of related experience and a minimum of a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Relevant experience in a product management or product marketing role within the EDA or Semiconductor industries.

  • Strong expertise in Analog, Memory, Custom Digital, or Mixed-signal technologies.

  • An innovative and energetic leader capable of negotiation and management by influence.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

  • A track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products.

  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.

  • Experience in revenue forecasting, business planning, and portfolio management.
