Role: Test Manager

Location: Newark, Delaware

Job Description:

Looking for candidates for a leadership role, overseeing large scale testing efforts. This person operates as a Program level Test Manager creating and leading test approach across multiple LOBs, applications, and platforms. This is not a typical tester or test lead position.
  • 5+ years Project Test Management or related skills. "large scale efforts o Ability to create Test Strategy across multiple platforms and applications
  • Experience in managing Software Testing-Development, Unit, SIT, UAT/BAT, End to End, PPV
  • Agile and Waterfall Methodology experience
  • Project management/PMP
  • Enterprise Testing Standards knowledge/PMO background
  • System Development lifecycle knowledge (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Jira / Q-Test/ HP-ALM-Octane expertise
  • Proven leadership ability o Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Attention to detail.
