Summary

The Inside Sales Coordinator provides customer, departmental and cross-departmental support to: facilitate and grow customer relationships, initiate quote activity and track bids won. They will work in parallel with other TTM internal personnel to track and adjust order statuses, issue and track RMA and misc credits.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate and track quotation activities
  • Facilitate and track customer specification reviews
  • Purchase order verification support:
  • Receive new and revised customer purchase orders from Inside Sales after order entry and verify that all data is entered correctly into the JDE Sales order
  • Status each order entered in AS400 and work with Inside Sales to resolve order entry conflicts
  • Track PO's received against pending receipts
  • Distribute various exception reports to Inside Sales and track PO's pending Acknowledgement
  • Scan all documents and maintain PO files
  • Entry level inside sales account maintenance:
  • Facilitate direct customer and outside Sales relationship through clear communication for assigned account(s). Submit final quote pricing letter(s) to customer
  • Part number setup in JDE
  • Purchase Order entry, confirmation, maintenance and tracking
  • RMA & misc. credit processing
  • Facilitate internal review of schedule adjustments

Job Qualifications:

  • Microsoft office working knowledge is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to perform a wide variety of tasks
  • Adaptable to changing work demands
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
